Veracity of Data

The user shall be responsible, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, the company reserving the right to exclude any user who has provided false data from the registered services, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may apply. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide third-party data. Only with the explicit consent of future hotel guests may the user enter their first and last names in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional; therefore, its submission by the user implies, under their sole responsibility, the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to providing their personal information.

Data Processing in Navigation

In accordance with the obligation provided for in Art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a text information fragment that websites transfer to the hard drive of computers connecting to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification state. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. Hotel Responsibility

Access to the website does not imply under any circumstances the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel rooms at the time of requesting said information; therefore, if you make an online booking, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the booking made serves as a locator when arriving at the hotel.

Booking hotel nights on this website implies adherence and acceptance by the client of all general conditions set forth herein.

By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the booking, stating that you understand all conditions on the website.
2) That the data provided when making an online booking is true, complete, and concise.
3) Only pages within the site map are included in the website.
4) That access to this website is the sole responsibility of the user.
5) That once the booking is made, the electronic document in which it was formalized will be archived, and you may access it at any time.
6) That you confirm the booking made (dates, number of rooms, number of guests, and chosen Hotel).
7) The conditions and price of the booking are those expressly determined in the rate conditions included on the page where you make the booking.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it enables booking rooms at the chosen hotel via its website, but offers no hotel services under its responsibility.
9) That your card details are collected to guarantee the booking. Payment will be made in cash directly at the chosen Hotel, and only in cases of cancellation or no-show will the booking be cancelled and charged according to rate conditions.
10) Offers shall only be valid as long as they remain accessible to service recipients.

Prices

Prices shown are Retail Prices, VAT included.

Price includes: Price per night based on room type and board basis selected, except for hotels specifically indicating additional services.

Price excludes: Any service not specified, plus extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Check-in and Check-out time: As a general rule and unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 PM on arrival day and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on departure day.

Passports and Visas

All travelers without exception (including children) must carry valid personal and family documentation (passport or national ID card) per current regulations. Obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., shall be the customer's responsibility when required. Minors under 18 must carry written authorization signed by parents or guardians, in the event it is requested by any authority. Should any authority deny visas due to user-specific reasons, or deny entry due to missing requirements or documentation defects, the hotel declines all responsibility, with any originating expenses borne by the consumer under no-show terms.

PREPAYMENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS

The hotel will charge the total amount of your booking to your credit card. If the card lacks sufficient credit or is invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking. Presentation of the credit or debit card along with valid ID/passport of the reservation holder is mandatory at the hotel.

IMPORTANT: By booking with this rate, your reservation cannot be modified or canceled for any reason. If you do not show up at the hotel on your arrival date, the charge will NOT be refunded. Before booking, ensure you agree with the cancellation policy. Please note that non-refundable rates are not cancelable due to contracting COVID-19 or travel problems related to this disease.

FLEXIBLE RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices valid exclusively for individual bookings, not applicable to groups and/or special events. Payment conditions and cancellation terms when booking with Promocode apply as stated in the specific promotion. Prices and offers subject to limited room availability and minimum stay conditions. Taxes included.

Booking payment: The booking amount will not be charged to your credit card (payment must be made directly at the hotel upon arrival) except for non-refundable rates or unless otherwise specified in rate conditions. In case of a no-show, charges apply according to rate cancellation policies.

Cancellation policy: Bookings can be modified free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival day. Previously reserved prices will not be maintained. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival day via website or phone (+34 950 33 65 45). After this period, one night's stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the total of the first night will be charged.

Flight + Hotel Package Booking Policy

Regarding the Flights

Non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation or modification of contracted services may generate management and cancellation fees borne by the booking holder, as well as the payment of amounts informed for such cases, subject to rate conditions.

Regarding the Accommodation

Free cancellation policy according to the selected rate where applicable.

Transport Booking Conditions

Refunds: Transportation tickets are non-refundable.
Online Check-In: To avoid extra costs and save time at the airport, we recommend using airline online check-in, usually available on the airline's website 24-48 hours before scheduled departure. Please contact us if assistance is required.
Transit Visa: An airport transit visa may be required when connecting flights are booked. Without necessary visas, airlines may deny boarding.
Connecting Flights: When traveling with multiple airlines, you generally must collect your baggage and check it in again at each airport. As this means exiting the airport transit zone, please note that the risk of visa complications is higher.
Extra baggage fees are non-refundable. NOTE: If purchasing extra baggage is unavailable during booking, please contact the airline directly for extra baggage.
For flights, we recommend online check-in via the airline website to avoid extra charges and confirm flight information with the airline.
The contracted rate may include seat selection. You can manage this once the booking is completed using your locator through the airline website.

ATOL Financial Protection (UK departures only)

"Your Financial Protection: When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong."

"We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable)."

"If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. Ryanair Booking Terms

In the event that your flight is operated by a low-cost airline, it is important to check the special conditions of your flight. In the case of Ryanair, their policy requires an online verification procedure to complete the check-in process, to be completed by the passenger, which will incur an additional fee per booking.

The traveler can complete this online verification process through their website or present themselves at the airport check-in desk on the day of travel at least 120 minutes prior to departure. To complete the process, a valid ID or Passport and a device with a front camera are required.
